What does a challenge look like? Basically, it is an online, virtual “Biggest Loser” challenge with a small group of people. We help motivate, support, push and encourage each other. I will be your personal Dietitian and Coach for 30 days. While 30 days is enough time to lose weight, this is really just a jump-start to the healthy life will you live from here on out! This will give you that kick in the booty you need! In 30 days you will lose weight, feel better about yourself, have more self confidence and bring back the sexy you!

What are your responsibilities?

  • Sending me your weekly workout schedule
  • Exercise 6 hrs per week
  • Sending me your daily nutrition log
  • Weekly check in calls
  • Weekly virtual, private weigh-ins
  • Occasional daily assignments relating to nutrition readings and material you will receive from me

Please only respond if you are 100% committed. If I am going to spend my time working with you, I want to you you are willing to invest in yourself.

You will get from me:

  • Personal nutrition counseling
  • Sample meal plans
  • Reviews of your nutrition logs, suggestions
  • Nutrition and fitness advice
  • Support, accountability, motivation
  • A fun, trustworthy atmosphere!

This is a free group. I do however ask for you to subscribe to my newsletter to get maximum nutrition information available to you and so I am not repeating information. If you choose to order a workout program or nutritional supplement to enhance your results, we can talk about those options as well!
