I love baking, but I rarely do so because I can’t keep sweets around for long! How is it that men can walk by freshly baked cookies, brownies, cakes and have one piece, and let it just sit there! Or is it just my husband who doesn’t care for sweet treats?

Not me!

We had friends coming over this weekend, so I decided this was a perfect time to try a new dessert recipe! I have done a lot of baking with healthier alternatives, and sometimes they turn out good, other times they fail miserably. So this time I decided to tweak a recipe I found on pinterest to make it a little healthier, while still keeping true to making it taste like a REAL brownie! There are no crazy ingredients in this recipe, so go ahead and enjoy! If you like dark chocolate, you’ll love these!
