  • 100% fruit juice popsicle
  • Apple with 2 Tbs pb2
  • Celery with 2 Tbs pb2
  • Raw veggies with 2 Tbs hummus
  • 1 rice cake
  • 1 light cheese stick
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 shakeology ball
  • ½ cup edemame cooked
  • ½ red bell pepper dipped in 3 tablespoons Hummus
  • 3 cups air-popped popcorn

Under 200 calories

  • ¼ cup almonds or mixed nuts
  • 1 flat out tortilla with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
  • 4 whole wheat crackers with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
  • 1 shakeology blended with water
  • ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tbs ground flax seed
  • 10 baked tortilla chips with 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 medium sized apple with 1 sting cheese
  • ½ english muffin with 1 tbs cream cheese
  • ½ cup cottage cheese with 1 cup mandarin oranges
