- ½ cup edemame cooked
- ½ red bell pepper dipped in 3 tablespoons Hummus
- 3 cups air-popped popcorn
Under 200 calories
- ¼ cup almonds or mixed nuts
- 1 flat out tortilla with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
- 4 whole wheat crackers with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
- 1 shakeology blended with water
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tbs ground flax seed
- 10 baked tortilla chips with 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 medium sized apple with 1 sting cheese
- ½ english muffin with 1 tbs cream cheese
- ½ cup cottage cheese with 1 cup mandarin oranges
