Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week?! Where has the time gone? It feels like with little kids that some days feel never-ending and like bed time can’t come soon enough… but now, when I realize that we are approaching the end of the year, I can’t help but feel like I have wished away too many days! Does it get any better when the kids get older?
I have a feeling not.
Anyways, let’s talk Thanksgiving! I am not here to tell you to eat perfectly on this big FEAST of a holiday.
My advice to you is to make sure you:
  1. Exercise that day
  2. Enjoy what is truly worth it and skip what is not
  3. Watch your portion sizes
  4. Bring a healthy item to contribute
  5. Don’t drink your calories
  6. Have a plan to get back on track!
